FAQ


Q: What is HHO - hydrogen on demand?

A: HHO uses a process known as electrolysis to run an electric current through water and break apart its molecules. Hydrogen and oxygen bubble up from the water and are fed into the engine producing more efficient fuel combustion

Q: Doesn't this violate the law of thermodynamics

A: Supplemental HHO is not subject to the law of thermodynamics. The law applies to a closed loop system, i.e., one in which one source of energy produces another that is then consumed. The HHO system is two systems; one produces the gas; the other is the process in which atoms of hydrogen adhere to molecules of gasoline and its additives and burn them more quickly and more completely, increasing engine efficiency far more than the net "energy cost" needed to create it.

A: The heart of the HEC1 is an advanced 13 plate hydrogen electrolyzer featuring Goodyear rubber gaskets. Each 316L stainless steel plate is Ultrasonically cleaned, surface enhanced, pacified and assembled by skilled craftsmen.

DIGITAL ELECTROLYSIS CONTROLLER: The 150 amp controller generates a perfect, digitally-produced square wave, with no distortion, at full load using MOSFET controller chips. Our transistors feature incredibly fast rise and fall times, producing a clean, digital signal. The HEC1 is temperature controlled as a safety feature to prevent any chance of overheating or thermal run-away.

The electrolyte reservoir / flash-back protector is made of high temperature plastic and mounted with the electrolyzer and controller in a vented ABS plastic case.
