Shipping ...
We are very aware of the costs of shipping products today...with the gas (freight) prices going up.
We do several things to get the very best rates we can.
(1) We ship from three warehouses in the United States: Maryland, Texas, and California.
(2) We use several carriers (fxfreight, FedEx, UPS, DHL, BAX and more) and when available, we'll choose the least expensive.
(2) Our warehouses ship a lot of freight with these carriers, and in most cases, qualify for cheaper rates than many other smaller outlets.
Returns ...
If, in the event you receive defective merchandise, immediate notify us of same. We will either have you return merchandise to us or have you verify with photos or such. We will, upon receipt of returned merchandise send you the replacement. If merchandise is found not to be defective after this effort, you will be charged a 20% replacement fee. No merchandise will be returnable after two week under any situation.
